01 — Basics

Tell us about the shop.

The essentials — name, where you are, and the numbers we'll treat as admins.

These numbers get full admin control via SMS. Separate multiple with commas. Include country code.
Location
Optional — Haywire will mention this if a client asks.
02 — Hours

When are you open?

Set your weekly schedule. Haywire won't take bookings outside these hours.

03 — Services & Staff

What you offer, who's cutting.

List your services and the people performing them.

Services
Staff members
Allocation % tells Haywire how to split incoming bookings between staff. The numbers must add to 100%.
  • Solo barber? Enter 100.
  • Two equal stylists? 50 and 50.
  • Senior gets more work? e.g. 70 and 30.
Percentage = bookings split based on the % set above. Round robin = each new client goes to whoever's next in line.
04 — Policies

How bookings work.

Slot length, notice required, cancellations. Defaults are sensible — adjust if needed.

Appointment settings
If a slot is full, clients can join the waitlist and get auto-notified when it opens.
Booking rules
How far ahead clients can book.
Shortest time before an appointment a client can still book. Set to 2 hours and a client can book at 10am for noon. Set to 24 hours and they have to book a day ahead.
Cancellations

A summary of bookings, revenue, and top clients each week.
05 — Payments

Take deposits, run referrals.

Optional. Connect Stripe to collect deposits and unlock the referral program.

How it works
  • New customers get a discount on their first service
  • Referrers earn tier progress, unlocking one-time discounts
  • Each tier discount is used once, then resets to Bronze
  • Total referrals are cumulative and never reset
  • Waitlist priority based on total referrals
Minimum 10%. Recommended 15%.
