2. How do I get set up

After you enter your payment information, you will receive a setup form. Fill out the form with accurate details about your services, prices, hours and availability.

3. How long does setup take

Once the setup form is submitted, our team reviews your information, configures your system to match your business and tests everything to ensure it works correctly. Setup is usually completed within one day.

4. How much does Haywire cost

Haywire costs 49.99 USD per month. This includes your dedicated SMS number, unlimited client messaging and full admin access.

5. What if I need to make changes to my services or hours

When your system is ready, a member of our team will text you from your dedicated support contact. This person can make any changes you need. If you prefer to email, you can contact us at [email protected].

6. Can clients see available times by text

Yes. Clients can text your number to view available times for any service.

7. Can clients check upcoming appointments by text

Yes. Clients can request their upcoming schedule at any time.

8. Can I still book appointments myself

Yes. Administrators can text the system to book, update or cancel appointments manually.

9. Is the number shared with other businesses

No. Every business receives its own dedicated SMS number.

10. Can clients still message me on social media

Yes. They can still DM you, but you should encourage them to use your Haywire number. It is faster and keeps your schedule organized.

11. Does Haywire work without Wi Fi

Yes. Haywire works anywhere with normal cell reception.

12. How do I tell clients about my booking number

You can tell them in person, post it on social media, text it to them or place it on signage. Any method that shows the number will work.

13. What happens if two clients request the same time

Haywire books on a first come first serve basis. The earliest valid request gets the confirmed appointment.
