1. You receive a dedicated SMS number
Your business is assigned a unique phone number that handles all booking and management activity. Clients use this number to book appointments. Administrators use it to manage the schedule.
2. The system checks the sender
When a message arrives, Haywire checks the phone number.
• If it is an administrator, Haywire unlocks full management commands.
• If it is a client, Haywire limits the interaction to booking and appointment information.
3. The message is interpreted
Haywire reads the text and understands the intent.
Examples include booking requests, rescheduling, checking availability, requesting upcoming appointments and more.
4. The task is completed automatically
Haywire performs the action in real time.
This can include creating a new appointment, listing available times, updating an existing booking or retrieving information from your schedule.
5. The system replies with the result
A response is sent instantly. Clients receive confirmations or available times. Administrators receive the data or confirmation related to the command they sent.

1. Client sends a text or uses Siri
The client texts what they want or speaks the same request through Siri.
Example: “Can I come tomorrow at 10?”
2. The system interprets the request
Haywire reads the message, identifies the service, date, and time, and checks real-time availability.
3. Automatic confirmation
If the time is available, the appointment is confirmed immediately.
If not, Haywire suggests the closest available options.
4. Admin tools via SMS
Businesses can manage everything through text commands, including viewing availability, updating bookings, deleting bookings, listing upcoming appointments, or generating simple statistics.
