Haywire can send a payment link you provide each time an appointment is made.

SMS Reminders:

Haywire can send reminders to clients to ensure they never forget their appointment.

Automatic time selection

If the client does not specify a time, Haywire selects the next available time for the chosen service.

• “Book me a haircut tomorrow for Jason.”

Two way SMS communication

Haywire can return real time availability for a specific service and date. Clients must specify the service in the request.

Examples:
• “What times do you have for a haircut next Monday.”
• “Show me all available times for a manicure tomorrow.”

General scheduling queries are designed for administrators only.

Examples for administrators:
• “Show me all the appointments I have tomorrow.”
• “List all appointments for this week.”
• “Show me all appointments on Friday afternoon.”

Precise updates and cancellations

Updating or deleting an appointment requires full details so Haywire can find the correct entry.

Examples:
• “Delete the haircut appointment I have tomorrow at three with Jane Doe.”
• “Change my haircut tomorrow with Jane Doe from three to five.”

Advanced information retrieval

Administrators can request filtered or specific results.

Example:
• “Show me all the bookings made in the last month that were on a Tuesday afternoon and were shave appointments.”

Admin commands by text

Administrators can manage the entire schedule through natural language commands.

Examples:
• “Show me all bookings for Thursday.”
• “Move my one o clock appointment to two.”

Voice booking through Siri
